Short lines between ship and shore
Because of the short lines between the ship and the entire shore organization, we can act swiftly where necessary and we can make agreements about sailing/leave and career planning. We are used to complying with these agreements! We encourage the personal development of our colleagues. Everyone’s input is appreciated so we can learn from each other.
Variety, short travel time and a pleasant atmosphere
Our ships sail an intensive schedule, so the activities vary a lot and your time on board will be over before you know it. Because our ships mostly sail in the North Sea and Baltic Sea, the travel time to the ships is short and you can easily communicate with family and friends at home.
We strive for a permanent group of crew members per ship, so that you can build upon a good cooperation and a pleasant atmosphere on board together. Promotion to a new rank or to a larger, more complex vessel contributes to diversity in the teams on board.
Are you interested in working on board one of our vessels?
